You can get to Sweden by ferry.
 

TT-Line from Rostock to Trelleborg, Stena-Line from  Rostock to Trelleborg or the express ferry frs-baltic from Sassnitz  to Ystad.
 

From there you drive on the E6 in the direction of Gothenburg  Halmstad, then continue on trunk road 26 to Smålandsstenar, short  then you turn right to Kappeled. The drive from Trelleborg  takes 2:45 hours.
