Welcome to Kappeled - your feel-good place in Sweden
Spend your vacation in our rustic log house in Småland in a quiet location by the forest with trolls and elks. You will find all amenities, such as a sauna, fireplace, washing machine or dishwasher. The house is set up for up to 8 people. It is located 5 km from Smålandsstenar, in the small town of Kappeled.
It is within walking distance of the great Nissan River in southern Sweden and many lakes, so you will find the perfect place for your vacation here. No matter whether in summer or in winter. Gothenburg or Jönköping are only an hour away. Many other places for day trips into nature to the amusement park are in the immediate vicinity. In winter you can ski wonderfully in southern Sweden's largest ski area, Isaberg.

Payment Schedule
50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 7 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €200 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 7 days after departure
Notes
A family vacation can be an expensive pleasure, but not with us!
Our cottage in Sweden cheaper to rent, because the rental is directly from the owner.
Please note the following important information that we confidentially address to you:
1. the vacation home must be completely cleaned on departure itself. (and possibly mow the lawn, possibly clear the snow, change the light bulb in a lamp, clean the loss drain grate in the shower floor, clean out the dishwasher, leave the bathroom clean etc.) (We will of course provide spare bulbs, gasoline and the like).
2. smoking is absolutely prohibited, you are in a wooden house!
3. we do not employ service personnel for cleaning or garden maintenance.
4. pets are not allowed
5. you must bring bed linen and sheets. Pillows and comforters are provided.
We do everything we can to keep our house and all furniture in the best order. We personally inspect and test all related furniture and equipment at regular intervals to ensure that your vacation is a pleasant one. But should any problems occur during your stay that you cannot solve yourself, you can of course contact us. We will try to solve the problem as soon as possible and to the best of our knowledge.
If you can accept this, you will have the opportunity for a cheap and really good family vacation in our vacation house with high standard.
The rental price of the house includes the following things for use, which usually have to be paid extra: Canoe rental and firewood
When you are in our cottage in Kappeled, you can paddle on a 15 km section of the river Nissan.
